'OpenTerrace' had a humble vision: to deliver the Naples pizza experience to Rome. Established by the Romano lineage in 1985, our small family-owned shop blossomed from ancestral recipes.
Our progenitor Luca Romano honed her pizza-crafting skills by learning from various pizza gurus in Naples, pizza's homeland. When she returned to the UK, her mission was to offer the quintessential Italian pizza, crafted with age-old techniques and the purest ingredients.
From a quaint 12-seater joint, we've expanded to a staple in the community without compromising our dedication to excellence and original taste. We cling to our wood-fired ovens, prepare daily dough from scratch, and always opt for premium substances.
Today, 'OpenTerrace' is still under the Romano family's wing, with the family's next generation at the helm of an enthusiastic crew. We've adapted to certain new techs, yet our heart remains: to forge marvelous, genuine pizzas that unite everyone.
